These terms govern your use of Emissaire, the advertising research service operated by NO4MAT. By accessing the service, you accept them. If you don’t, the exit button is top right — it hasn’t moved since 1995.
Emissaire is an online service (SaaS) for exploring advertisements run on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google, and for analyzing companies’ advertising strategies: channel presence, formats, delivery by country, and the people behind promoted posts.
The service is operated by NO4MAT, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €100.00, registered with the Dax Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 985 134 931.
Accessing the service requires an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.
NO4MAT may suspend or terminate an account in case of abusive, fraudulent, or non-compliant use, without prejudice to any other remedy.
The service is provided for professional, reasonable use consistent with its purpose. In particular, you must not: extract data in bulk or automate collection (scraping), resell or redistribute the data, circumvent usage limits, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful or deceptive purposes.
Free access is subject to fair-use limits that may change at any time.
The advertisements shown come from public sources and are displayed for information and analysis purposes. They remain the property of their respective advertisers. Emissaire is independent research and is not affiliated with any of the platforms mentioned.
Data is provided for guidance only: despite the care taken in its collection, NO4MAT does not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or freshness.
The service, its interface, its structure, and its databases are the exclusive property of NO4MAT. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited.
The service is provided “as is”. NO4MAT does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of the information presented, nor for indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
In any case, NO4MAT’s liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the user over the last twelve months.
Collected data is limited to what is required to create your account and operate the service. Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection, exercisable through the contact details in the legal notice.
NO4MAT may change the service and these terms at any time. The terms in force are those published on the day of use. Continuing to use the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts, unless otherwise required by law.
